Unlike just an accountability partner, I have been well drilled in human psychology and behavioural neuroscience so I know how you can align your intentions with your behaviour consistently.

To become a certified coach, I had to pass rigorous training and commit to continuing professional development (CPD) to ensure I'm on top of my game of facilitating lasting transformation for my clients. Not all coaches are qualified. Would you trust someone to fix your car who had not been trained? I think not.
I trained through the Jay Shetty certification school which is accredited by the association for coaching (AC), is a member of the European mentoring and coaching council (EMCC), and abides by the global codes of ethics.
This means you can trust me as a coach, I have been assessed and demonstrated that I know what I'm doing. It means that I will act with honesty and integrity. It also means that I will adhere to confidentiality, best practice, codes of conduct, legal considerations and ethical guidelines.
Through deep empathy and listening skills, I'm able to merge my technical understanding of human behavior with my compassion to achieve a deep understanding of what’s blocking you and preventing you from your success!
